Mother and Family Friendly Race
If you hadn’t noticed by now, yes, our race is on Mother’s Day. Read on for ideas on how to make all kinds of moms happy about that fact. 🙂
Mothers… I can think of no better way to spend Mother’s Day then running a mountain race! There will be special prizes for you too!
Husbands/Fathers/Sons/Daughters… Treat the mother in your life to a fun and relaxing outing! Hint: Don’t leave the kids at home (unless you have a baby-sitter who is not a mother). Sleepy Hollow is very family friendly complete with resident kids, a swing set, a froggy pond, and lots of open space for running around.
Romantic Types... Love is in the air at Sleepy Hollow. 8 bedroom Inn, sauna, rustic cabin, peaceful scenery.
Local Attractions… Still rather spend your Mother’s Day doing something else? With a 9:00am start time there will be lots of time post-race for brunching and enjoying the sites. See below for ideas:
